Andrew leads our corporate strategy effort. As part of this effort, he leads our corporate growth plans and spearheads our work with institutional investors, asset managers and the overall Wall St. community. Andrew has over 30 years experience on Wall St. including 10 years as CEO of AIG International Asset Management as well as founding multiple successful Asset Management platforms and a Merchant Bank in partnership with the Dubai Government. Andrew has a degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Michael leads our reinsurance initiatives including underwriting, pricing, and business acquisition, drawing on 10+ years of related industry experience. Michael has built his career as a production underwriter and pricing actuary at global reinsurers Odyssey Re and Hannover Re, with additional roles at the latter involving economic capital modelling and Bermuda regulatory compliance. Most recently, he acted as Chief Actuary with a next-gen employer stop loss startup. Michael has a degree in Actuarial Science from UC Santa Barbara.
